FIPRESCI Critics Award for THE EXAM

We are thrilled to receive the Post-Production Support of Göteborg Film Fund 2021! Our production THE RAIN BRIDE (KRG-Iraq) by Hussein Hassan was announced as one of the first three recipients during this years' Cannes Film Festival.

THE EXAM celebrates its World Premiere in competition at Karlovy Vary
We are more than very happy to announce this news. THE EXAM (Germany, Kurdistan-Iraq, Qatar) will celebrate its world premiere in August 2021 at the wonderful Karlovy Vary Filmfestvial in competition!
THE EXAM by the acclaimed Kurdish director Shawkat Amin Korki is a story about emancipation, sisterhood and corruption.
It is a pleasure to continue the journey of this production now on screen, together with the audience!

New Feature Film by Ayse Polat
The year 2020 welcomes us with new productions. So we are looking forward to the shooting of Ayse Polat's New Feature Film Project, which will start at the end of the year. The film is a cinema co-production with WDR and has already received production funding from Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein.
The EXAM is shot !
We solemnly announce that the shooting for the new feature film THE EXAM by Shawkat Amin Korki has been completed in December 2019. Now we are looking forward to seeing the film in the cinemas soon!
